The One-third of the population mentioned in the text does actually not speak German, but two different Alemanic dialects. One is spoken in the Lac (See) district, and is closely related to the Bernese dialect. The other is a Highest Alemannic dialect that has no relatives. It is spoken in the district of Sense (Singine).

If it is OK for you, I wil change the text accordingly. Anybody may do this instead of me, of course.
