Me. Scanned image of my own bond. This is a certificate printed by the Government of Canada. As a citizen, it gives me the right, plus as an owner of the bond, to scan this certificate. Also works as a currency document as quote "The Government of Canada, subject to the noteon the reverse, will pay to the registered owner(s) upon redemption the sum of... plus applicable interest."
