Canicattì is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Agrigento in the Italian region Sicily, located about 90 km southeast of Palermo and about 25 km east of Agrigento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 31,801 and an area of 91.4 km².[1]
Canicattì borders the following municipalities: Caltanissetta, Castrofilippo, Delia, Montedoro, Naro, Racalmuto, Serradifalco.
