Cancio C. Garcia (born October 20, 1937) is an incumbent Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. He was appointed to the Court on October 6, 2004 by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

Garcia earned his law degree from the College of Law of the University of the Philippines and a post-graduate degree in public administration from the University of Santo Tomas. Upon graduation, he joined the legal office of the Office of the President. He then joined the Office of the Solicitor General and was eventually appointed as a trial court judge in Angeles City, and later in Caloocan City. He was appointed as a Justice to the Court of Appeals in 1990 by President Corazon Aquino.
In 2003, Garcia was named as the Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeals. He served in this capacity until his appointment ot the Supreme Court.
