Canaveral Groves, Florida

Canaveral Groves is an unincorporated town in Brevard County, Florida, United States. It is a rural area between Florida State Road 520 and Port St. John. It has a lower population density in the southwestern region, with only 140 households in the area. However, there is no access to Port St. John except Grissom Parkway at the eastern boundary. The zip codes inside the town are 32926, 32928 and 32927. North of Suga Avenue, south of Florida State Road 528, and west of Orleans Street is a small undeveloped area similar to The Compound in Palm Bay. Every single road in the area is unpaved.

Canaveral Groves is located at square miles (30 square kilometers). To the southwest is Florida State Road 520, to the east is Grissom Parkway, to the north is Port St. John, and to the west is the St. Johns River.

- Interstate 95- This road passes through almost 1 mile through the town It provides access through the rest of Brevard County. Citrus Boulevard goes over Interstate 95 to the western area of Canaveral Groves. It is accessible by the Port St. Johns Parkway exit.
- Canaveral Groves Boulevard-It provides the main entrance to Canaveral Groves and home to the only service in the town, a BP staton. It is 3 miles long from U.S. Route 1 to Little Court. It provides access to CR 515 and U.S. Route 1, located in Sharpes.
- Citrus Boulevard-This road provides access to the western area of Canaveral Groves. It is 2 miles long from Hartville Avenue to Osprey Avenue and goes over Interstate 95. Between Lee and Hartville Avenues, the road becomes unpaved for 0.1 mile.
- Pine Street, Coconut Avenue, and Adamson Road-Those roads provide access to western Canaveral Groves and Cocoa. It runs north-south, but Coconut Avenue goes east-west. Altogether, they are 6 miles long, from Florida State Road 524 to a dead end north of Date Palm Street.
- Florida State Road 528- This road cut's through western Canaveral Groves, although it is unnoticed because of the trees along the Beechline Expressway. It goes over Pine Street.
