"Canaletto's Revenge" is an episode of the series Ōban Star-Racers.
The final race has arrives and the stakes couldn't be higher. Kross, having learned the Ultimate Prize's true nature, goes on a rampage taking down all racers in his path. In the end, all that stands in his way is Eva. When the smoke clears and the race is concluded, a fateful decision by the victor unleashes an evil that should have never been set free.

Tha last race has begun. With poor visibility, the racers move slowly though the windswept steets tying to find the gates. Ning and Skun are quickly found by Kross and eliminated. The explosions are seen by the others, and Eva tells Jordan that this race is a battle. Aikka hunts for Kross, but is instead attacked by Ondai. G'dar strikes at him making a gash in his head. Aikka attempts to reason with him to no avail. He then jumps onto him and plunges his sword into the gash created by G'dar, shorting out all of Ondai's systems.
Eva finds Aikka and they form an aliance to stop the Crogs. Together, they head for the Final Avatar Gate. Kross, however, is right behind them. He turns his laser cutters on and tries to destroy the Whizzing Arrow, but Eva uses her flying instinct (inherited from her mother) to spin around and then push Kross into the ground. From there, he crashes into the base of the gate ramp and is killed when his racer explodes. Eva then reaches the gate and is raised into the temple through a bright golden light. She wants to go help the injured Aikka who has disappeared, but Satis summons her quickly to the pyramid of light in the central floating temple. Eva, however, hesitates to take the Avatar powers. She runs away as Canaletto appears. To stop Canaletto, Satis destroys the Pyramid. Oban is dying.
