[edit] What is BULL?

Bullshit (or BULL for short) refers to unnecessary WikiDrama, grudges, disruption, and in rare circumstances, trolling that occur on Wikipedia. All of these hurt the encyclopedia through draining of valuable time and manpower from editors and sysops to deal with the BULL, which otherwise can be spent on Wikipedia in the form of writing and maintaining articles.
