The should be merged with Camille Louiseau Chadal under the title Camille Loiseau Chadal (Mme. Chadal's correct maiden name AND married name).

If Camille Loiseau chooses not to use her maiden name, then "Camille Loiseau" is correct. The "Chadal" has been pushed by Louis Epstein, who insists that all names conform to his wishes, regardless of the wishes of the person discussed.
