Although this looks like a picture of a forced landing near a road, in fact the landing was on the other side of the hedge. Here's the story:
A Cameron Z105 balloon has landed gently in a field (Westerleigh Common) in Yate, Bristol, England. The recovery vehicle could not get access to the field so the crew have hopped the balloon (by brief firings of the burners) over the boundary hedge, onto the side of the road (Westerleigh Road). In this picture they are about to hop it across the road for deflation on a grassy area to the left of the white van.
