Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

Stan pressures Steve to go to summer camp, but he has missed the cutoff date to get in. Desperate to send Steve to any camp at all, he accidentally places him in a refugee camp in Africa. On Francine's insistence, Stan goes with Hayley to retrieve him. Once there, Stan maintains the delusion that this is really just an ordinary summer camp, and that the violent rebels across the river are members of a rival summer camp. When the rebel band kidnaps the African girl Steve is falling for, a "Camp Olympics" is set up to win her back. Meanwhile, Francine and Roger have fun at home pretending to be a married couple, until their role-playing turns angry and bitter, scaring away their invited dinner guests. At the end, the refugees win the competition, but the rebels don't care and try to kill everybody, but Chuck Norris comes and defeats them. The leader of the rebels is shot by Stan. Chuck Norris explains that he's on a world tour promoting peace and justice around the globe. The episode ends with Stan, Steve and Hayley going home while Chuck Norris and the regfugees sing an African song about being a good samaritan.

[edit] Notes

Hayley is seen eating meat in this episode, which is unusual since she claims to be a vegetarian. However, she has also been seen or mentioned eating meat before, so it's possible that she isn't as committed to it as she would like to be. Or it is possible that she is only a committed vegetarian and activist when the situation calls for it.
