Camp Nine (Afghanistan training camp)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
According to American intelligence analysts Camp Nine was an Afghanistan training camp alleged to have an association with al Qaeda.[1][2]
One of the allegations Guantanamo intelligence analysts compiled for Guantanamo captive Ahmed Bin Kadr Labed's Combatant Status Review Tribunal was:
- "The detainee received camouflage [sic] and physical training at a facility near Kabul known as "Camp Nine" after America was attacked."[2]
One of the factors prepared for Ahmed Bin Kadr Labed's Administrative Review Board hearing was:
- "The detainee also attended Camp Nine outside Kabul for approximately 25 days, receiving training in camouflage techniques, weapons, and physical fitness."[1]
