Camp Hill (HM Prison)

Camp Hill was built in 1912 using prisoner labour from HMP Parkhurst and opened by Winston Churchill. It lies adjacent to HMP Albany and Parkhurst on the outskirts of Newport, Isle of Wight and is a Category C Training prison.
Governor: Robert Bennett
Accommodation: Cells from 1 to 2 prisoner capacity. MTU single rooms - 40 capacity.
Operational capacity: 585 as of 27th February 2005
