[edit] Story

Ben, Grandpa and Gwen are driving along a dirt road in the rain, when a chubby boy wearing a summer camp vest runs in front of them, and falls off a steep incline to their right. Ben turns into Cannonbolt and enfolds the boy in him, sheilding him from the impact. The boy is unconsious, so they take him into the RV.

They drive a short distance before coming across a summer camp. The RV breaks down, and they are forced to stop. They take refuge in a cafeteria, and find it empty. Ben piggishly begins eating all the food, before hearing a noise. He finds out it is coming from the closet, and whips the door open. Inside are two scared twins, who are also in summer camp attire.

While Gwen and Ben take care of the twins, Grandpa goes outside to work on the RV. He glimpses something in the woods, but shrugs it off. Ben complains about his athlete's foot, and the twins remark that everyone at camp gets it. He goes outside to help Max, and finds him gone. Ben tells Gwen and the twins to stay where they are, and then goes to explore the camp. After some time, he finds an excavation site covered in alien plant life, all surrounding a huge hole. Ben attempts to become XLR8, but instead becomes Wildmutt. He begins crawling down the hole, but is grabbed by a large purple vine and dragged down.

Meanwhile, Gwen finds the boy awake, and he asks if "they" are gone. Gwen asks him who "they" are, but is suddenly attacked by an army of mushroom-like creatures, they manage to hold them off, escping to another part of the camp. Gwen notes some large, towering pods, which the boy explains are seed pods. They are once again attacked, and backed up towards a lake. Gwen spots a canoe, and tells them all to get under it. They use it as a battering ram to clear a path through the Mushroom creatures.

Ben is still being carried down the tunnel, but the Omnitrix is deactivated. Suddenly, it flashes green, and Ben quickly uses it to become XLR8. He escapes the vines and races down the tunnel, finding grandpa. After cutting him from his bonds, he sees the same purple vines coming towards them. Ben fights them off, before the Omnitrix deactivates. The floor falls out beneath them, and they are grabbed by the vines. Below them is a large, brain looking object, with a huge mouth.

The Omnitrix quickly comes back online, possibly as a rapid defense. Ben transforms into Wildvine, remarking "whatever this alien is, I like it." He hears the object below them speaking, as it can telepathically comunnicate with plants. It explains that it's pods will burst soon, spreading it and it's plant army across the world. Ben tries to atack it, but is held firmly by the vines. The Omnitrix deactivates, and Ben suddenly reacives a flash of inspiration, and throws his athletes foot medicine at it's mouth. The anti fungus formula destroys it from the inside, and Ben and Grandpa escape. All the Mushrooms die, having no leader. Ben then transforms into Stinkfly, and flies up to the seed-pods with Gwen, using the camp supply of Athlete's foot cream to destroy them.
