Cameron Kaiser is a prominent member of the Internet Gopher community. He is the developer for the bucktooth Gopher server and Veronica-2 Gopher search engine and runs gopher.floodgap.com, one of the largest operating Gopher servers.

Cameron Kaiser is also the name of an evil fictional billionaire who constructs a 300 million dollar gambling resort in Batman: The Animated Series, with the intent of enticing the Joker into destroying it so that he can collect the insurance money in the episode "Joker's Wild". He is foiled twice by both Batman and the Joker before Batman rescues Cameron and sends the Joker off to prison.
