Cambodian French people are people from Cambodia (mostly ethnic Khmer) who live in France. Some Cambodians came to France when Cambodia was a French protectorate (1863-1953), but most Cambodians fled there during the Second Indochina War. There were about 53,000 Cambodians living in France in 2001.
