Camberwell Town Hall
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Camberwell Town Hall is a civic building located in Camberwell , a suburb of Melbourne, Australia.
The town hall was built in 1891 in the free classical style and features Second Empire influences in the sharp pitch of the clock tower's pyramidal mansard roof.
After the amalgamatian of the City of Camberwell with the City of Hawthorn and the City of Kew in 1994 to form the City of Boroondara, the Town Hall with the Camberwell Civic Centre became the council seat of the new municipality.
