Calvert Cliffs State Park

Calvert Cliffs State Park is a state park in Calvert County, Maryland, situated on the Chesapeake Bay. It is known for the abundance of Miocene epoch fossils, which can be found on the shoreline.
On the 1612 John Smith map, it was called Rickard's Cliffes.
It contains Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant operated by Constellation Energy.
