Caltrate is a brand name calcium supplement sold by Wyeth Consumer Healthcare. The Caltrate brand is supplied in many different "formulas", with calcium carbonate being the common ingredient serving as a calcium supplement. The most recently released formula of Caltrate claims to be beneficial to colon health.
