[edit] Plot

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

The episode picks up after Revy's and Dutch's violent attack on the recovery ship of the Neo Nazi in the previous episode, killing all the soldiers on board. Rock and Revy are running errands over town to pick up goods (mainly weapons) for the Lagoon Company. Unfortunately for Rock, Revy is still angry at him for their conversation in the U-boat where he questioned her greedy search for medals and decorations belonging to the dead crew. After their talk, she had promised to kill him if he ever brought up that subject again.

Rock and Revy are then seen driving thorughout town on their errands, while Rock to no avail attempts to cheer her up telling some jokes (unfortunately, she has already heard them before) only to hear her loud, furious complaints about she being stuck with him. The episode then switches back in time to the pair reaching their first appointment (a strip club to deliver a shipment with liquor) along their errand route. Their next appointment is with Balalaika, leader of the Russian crime syndicate "Hotel Moscow", to inform of a late shipment. After that we are back at the beginning of the episode where Rock and Levi are driving through town with Rock's fruitless attempts of cheering her up.

They have now reached their last errand, to receive a load of firearms from the Church of Violence. Once inside they are greated by the leader of the convent, Yolanda. Revy displays her poor qualities as a negotiator when Yolanda announces that they have run out of one particular item, but offers to hand over one from another customer's order in exchange for a higher fee for the firearms. Revy's reaction to this (stating: "Don't fuck with me, sister") offer nearly causes a shootout with one of the nuns at the church. Fortunately, the situation is saved by Rock who uses cunning and his skills in diplomacy to negotiate a deal, which Yolanda accepts. Rock leaves, followed by a furious Revy ignoring Yolanda's advice on not only depending on guns when transacting business.

The episode then switches to some hours later, showing Levi and Rock dining at a small outside restaurant. A seemingly calm Rock encourages Revy to eat, wchich she angrily declines and tells him to go back to his home in Japan, stating he don't belong with Lagoon Company. Rock answers by repeating Yolanda's advice of guns not being the best way in negoiating. Revy warns him to watch his mouth and Rock complains about her attitude towards him which he knows originates in their talk in the sunken German submarine. He then begins to dvelve into the subject, ignoring Levi's warnings about not mentioning that subject ever again. Rock answers with the triggering words: stating he is not going to apologise anymore for what he said during their conservation in the sub. Revy is shocked but tries to ignore his words, prompting Rock into breaking into a rage and furiously repeating he has nothing to apologise to her for. Revy responds by pulling her gun and pointing it straight at Rock, causing the crowd around them to panic and quickly disperse. Revy then fires the gun but is shocked to discover that Rock intervenes in the last second, grabs the pistol and pushing it aside, thus causing the bullet to miss his face by inches. He proceeds by completely taking control of the situation and furiously yelling at her for the intense greed she displayed during their time in the U-boat, to the point of her scavenging the dead bodies of the crew. Enraged, she punches him with all her strength, only to see that it dosen't knocks him an inch backwards. Instead, he grabs her arm and pushes it back while continuing his reprimand. He tells how he worries that her greed for money reaching an all-time low. This causes Revy to defuse and resort to oral insults, abruptly cut short by the arrival of the police, including Chief Watsup. Watsup explains that he does not mind the Lagoon Company killing or committing other crimes, as long as they are not done in public, despite the bribes that the police receive from the various criminal factions in Roanapur not to interfere with their business. Thus, he has to take both of them in as a formality. The episode ends with the two quarrellers coming to an understanding and reconciling, while being driven to custody in a police car.
