California's 30th Assembly District

California's 30th Assembly District is currently located within California's Central Valley. Hanford and Delano are the two largest cities fully contained within the district. The district is currently represented by Nicole Parra.
Former Assembly Speaker Brian Setencich, current 20th district congressman Jim Costa, and John G. Veneman, father of former Bush Agriculture Secretary Ann Veneman have all represented the 30th district. Clare Berryhill, the father of current 25th district assemblyman, Tom Berryhill represented this district from 1969 until 1970.
