Cal Eldred

Calvin John Eldred (born November 24, 1967) was a Major League Baseball player for 14 seasons.

He was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and retired after the 2005 season. When he first entered professional baseball, he played for the Milwaukee Brewers. Later he played for the Chicago White Sox, and finally ended his career by playing with the St. Louis Cardinals. He attended the World Series with the St. Louis Cardinals in 2004. He is married to Christi Eldred, and they have five children: Calvin John (CJ), Luke, Emily, Abigail, and Holly.
