Cairo Foster

Cairo Foster is an Asian American skateboarder. He was born April 25, 1976 in Taiwan. He picked up skateboarding at the age of 13, when he moved to Egypt. There he attended Cairo American College (CAC) and found skateboarding. In 1992 he moved to Jacksonville, Florida and continued skateboarding. In 1994 he got a local board sponsor based out of Jacksonville. The name of the board company was Wrecked. The owner, Jeff Davis, took Cairo on his first skate tour to California. Not until 1995 did Cairo transplant to San Francisco, California where he made his presence known within skateboarding by first appearing in a Thrasher video (Raw) edited by Satva Leung.

He has ridden for Mad Circle, Real, and Popwar, but in 2006 made a major career jump from long-time skating company Popwar to the Enjoi roster.

His current sponsors include Krux trucks, Ricta wheels, Swiss bearings, Lakai shoes, RVCA clothing, Mob griptape, CCS Mailorder and Enjoi skateboards.
