The Cailly is a river in France, right tributary of the Seine. It is located in the Seine-Maritime département, in the Basse-Normandie région. Its length is 25 km. The river flows through Fontaine-le-Bourg, Malaunay, Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville and Maromme and empties into the Seine at Rouen.

In the 18th and 19th centuries, the valley was filled with textile mills, which earned it the nickname la petite Manchester, (Little Manchester).
