Hi,

You uploaded Image:Brasaomcinza.jpg marked as "I, the creator of this work, hereby release it into the public domain"; but also saying "Author: Brasil Imperial". Can you clarify the status of this image? Did you, in fact, create it? Or do you have the right to speak for Brasil Imperial? Or do you have reason to believe that they have released it into the public domain? I hope I'm not sounding accusatory; I'm just trying to work out what this image can be used for.
