Caesar's Palace (video game)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Caesar's Palace is a 1990 Virgin gambling video game developed by Realtime Associates for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It is named after the famous Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this game, you have $1000 in chips and you must try to become rich (or become broke trying to). This game gives minor children an experience previously limited to people 21 years of age or older.

You can find 5 different types of games in it : Slot machine, Poker machine, Roulette, Blackjack and the Big Six wheel.

Each game follows casino standard for the odds, the only thing to add is that the roulette both use the 0 and 00.

When you leave, by going to the cashier, depending on how much money you have, you can leave by taxi, a small green car, a luxury orange car, a limousine or a red sport car. Of course, if you go broke, you're going to leave by bus.

[edit] Legacy

This game was followed in 1993 by Super Caesars Palace by Majesco. The sequel didn't match the original's success, although it had enhanced graphics and new different types of gambling games.
