CRN Digital Talk Radio Networks, formerly known as Cable Radio Network, sometimes simply referred to as CRN or CRN Digital Talk, is both a syndicator of in house and national radio programs and distributor of talk radio networks. CRN Digital Talk Radio Networks offers a series of digital radio channels distributed via satellite for use on cable television, satellite television, satellite radio, internet radio and broadcast radio outlets. The content is primarily talk radio programming, produced both in house and from syndicated sources.

CRN distributes six channels of audio programming.
- CRN1 is the flagship of the CRN channels and is the most widely distributed. The channel contains all of CRN's in-house programs, such as George Putnam, Ed McMahon's Lifestyles Live, What's Cookin', What's Cookin' On Wine, Les' Wines and Vines, Mortgage Makeover, The PM Show and several weekend programs, as well as syndicated programs, such as Dennis Prager and Michael Reagan.
- CRN2 is a compilation of Business, Sports and Comedy programming and features shows like Phil's Wake Up to Wall Street, Laura Ingraham, Lunchtime with Ira, Computer America, Sports Byline USA and Opportunity Knocks.
- CRN3 is a direct feed of the Salem Radio Network and features Mike Gallagher, Dennis Prager, Hugh Hewitt, Michael Medved, and others.
- CRN4 is reserved for Talk Radio Network although Air America Radio has aired several programs on the network recently.
- CRN5 is a direct feed of the Radio America Network and features Michael Reagan, G. Gordon Liddy, Greg Knapp, Ben Ferguson, and others.
- CRN6 is a direct feed of the National Radio Network. CRN provides much of NRN's programming.
