[edit] Plot
The episode begins with Eustace, Muriel and Courage taking a vacation in "Hollowood". Muriel compares his hands to the handprints of a famous celebrity, Dolores Dolores, and they're a perfect fit. Courage doesn't have as much luck, when comparing his paws to those of Flassi. They run into Di Lung, who tricks Eustace and Muriel into falling into an open sewer, and kicks Courage in too. After falling, they end up in a strange club, with flesh-like walls and a hideous creature in the wall, who runs the place. The creature tells Eustace that he will be performing tonight, and when he refuses, the creature offers him a truck made of solid gold, which causes Eustace to accept. He then sings a horrible rendition of Old Folks at Home, which displeases the creature, who sends Eustace down the trapdoor. The creature then asks Muriel to perform, offering her the ability to live the life of her aforementioned idol, Dolores Dolores. She sings a bad rendition of "I'm called Little Buttercup" from the HMS Pinafore, which gets her the trapdoor. Finally, the creature tells Courage to perform, offering him a thousand pounds of fine sirloin and a yard filled with the finest Italian shoes. Courage refuses both extravagant prizes, wanting only his family returned to him. The creature accepts, and Courage swings around, causing the creature to last and breaking through the trapdoor to reveal Eustace and Muriel being digested in a pool of stomach acid. Courage saves them, and the creature is surprised by Courage's selflessness, which causes his heart to ache. Courage then revives him, and the creature transforms into a regular person, who reveals that he was so sick of people's selfishness, he became an ulcer in his own stomach. Muriel then decides to finish her song, but she gets interrupted by Di Lung, who ends up getting the trapdoor.
