Brother C P Foley was a Christian Brother, and the first headmaster of Aquinas College, Perth in 1938 when the college was established after the split of Christian Brothers College, Perth.[1]

He is recognised for his great contributions to Aquinas College by having a scoreboard named after him on the college's premier oval, Memorial Oval.[2]
