Operation: C.A.K.E.D.-F.O.U.R. is episode 405/44 of Codename: Kids Next Door. It is the fourth "C.A.K.E.D." episode, the first to be double-length.

[edit] Plot/Synopsis

The story begins with Sector V at their treehouse. Numbuh 1 is telling them that they have to get the DCFDTL's birthday cake, since their birthday is the next day. Numbuh 2 says that they can't because the next day is the Toobathon, a tube race. Numbuhs 2, 3, 4, and 5 argue about who will win. An "incoming projectile" crashes into the room, with homograms of the DCFDTL. They tell Sector V all they have to do to get the cake is to win the Toobathon, resulting in Sector V cheering.

The next day at the Toobathon, Numbuh 2 is criticized for his lousy tube, "Betsy", which he is convinced will win for him, saying that his father won every race with it. The DCFDTL start early, revealing their tube is actually a ship that they use to blast everyone. The race starts. Numbuh 4 is washing everyone out of the way until Muffy Jenkins' tube's spikes pop his tube, "TubeZilla", which leaves him stranded on a small island, since he can't swim.

The scene cuts to Numbuh 1, who the DCFDTL are trying to shoot. The ship locks on Numbuh 1, which he uses as an opportunity to make it destroy itself. Numbuh 4, now with a beard, wakes up to see Numbuh 3 in her tube. However, she doesn't save him because she doesn't recognize him.

First appearance of Nick.
Second appearance of The Kid.
Fourth time Numbuhs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are wearing swimsuits.
For the first time in a "C.AK.E.D." episode, Numbuhs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 wear swimsuits.
Only mention of Numbuh 2's father, though he is seen in the comic Operation: T.R.I.K.E..
Numbuh 3's bathing suit looks different than it did in No P in the OOL and Ops "F.U.G.I.T.I.V.E.", "C.O.L.L.E.G.E.", "B.E.A.C.H.", "U.T.O.P.I.A." and "P.O.O.L."

Numbuh 1's: black tube with alittle orange boat on top of it.
Numbuh 2's ("Betsy"): dark blue ordinary tube with blue, white, and red strips in some places.
Numbuh 3's: green tube with pink flowers, decorated with stuffed animals.
Numbuh 4's ("Tubezilla"): huge green tube with "4" painted on it with orange paint. Also includes white paint with red in it to look like a mouth. Orange paint for eyes. Popped by Muffy's tube with spikes.
Numbuh 5's: dark and light blue tube with a green chair on top. A "5" is on the right side.
DCFDTL's: dark green tube with green spikes. It is the top of a blown up ship.
The Kid's: red tube with gray motor in back and black wings for flying. Wings can be injected into the tube.

Numbuh 3: (while Numbuhs 2, 4, and 5 are fighting) "STOOOP IIIIT! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves fighting like that. That's not what Toobathon is about. Its about the love of the sport. Its about the sacred traditions of summer time. Its about (eyes grow fiery) ME LEAVING YOU SLOWPOKE LOSERS IN THE DUST! (stuff is thrown at her)
DCFDTL: Not a bad idea, we assure you, this year's cake will be the most yummilicious ever. And if you don't win Toobathon, we're gonna keep our cake, ane eat it in our glorius mansion until you cry, ane peel potatoes, and push up daisies!
