C. R. Williams

C.R. Williams was a college football head coach at Davidson (North Carolina), South Carolina, and Virginia Tech. From 1902 to 1903, he coached at South Carolina, and compiled a 14-3 record there. From 1904 to 1905 he coached at Davidson, where he compiled a 9-4-1 record. In 1907, he coached at Virginia Tech, where he compiled a 7-2 record. He was a defensive minded coach. The most points he's ever given up in a game was 17, in a 17-0 road loss to North Carolina.
