C. H. Greenblatt

Carl H. Greenblatt (born June 17, 1972) is a writer and storyboard artist. He has worked on the hit TV series, SpongeBob SquarePants as well as SpongeBob comics for the Nickelodeon magazine. He also worked on the Cartoon Network's series The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. He did his last storyboard for the show on September 10, 2006. Carl is currently working on Chowder, an animated show that he created and executive produced for Cartoon Network.
He also voiced Carl in the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Selling Out," and Fred Fredburger in the The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy episodes "Keeper of the Reaper" and "Be A-Fred, Be Very A-Fred".
