C'el was not part of the Black Flag reunion in 2003. There was no bassist at those shows. Instead, the band had to play in sync with a recording of the bass lines as played by Greg Ginn himself.

But there ARE reports of C'el playing the reunions! The recorded bass lines (Poindexter Stewart / Dale Nixon) were used on certain songs, apparently the MY WAR set. You can find those reports in the reviews at this link.

I also take issue in the main article with C'els rep of not playing bass good. He RIPS! I saw him with Black Flag in'86, and was shocked to read that critique myself in PLANET JOE. If you ever get a chance to see any of that live '86 video that Ginn won't allow to be seen (try to track down "In My Head", edited as a video single), C'el is clearly all over that bass, playing with his left hand inverted over the neck Rudy Sarzo style.
