C-Dance
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
C-dance is a Belgian radio station which plays dance music. It was created in 1997 as a non-stop radio station. That day, c-dance was one of the biggest dance radio stations in Belgium. In the middle of the year 2002, c-dance has got technical and financial problems, but there are signs that c-dance will start again at full force in the near future.
The manager of c-dance is Bjorn van Zundert, the owner of the station is Jeroen Goos
C-Dance is well known from their yearly House History 100, a list (completely set up by their listeners) with old-time retro house classics.
C-dance was also responsible for the emissions of contact-dance on the Flemish radio contact from 8PM till 5AM every day. These emissions have stopped since 1 November, because of the come-back of "your most wanted station" (as they call themselves).
