Căpuş is a commune located 27 kilometers west of the city of Cluj-Napoca in the county of Cluj, Romania.

The main villages are Căpuşu Mare and Căpuşu Mic. The main industry is an iron ore extraction facillity.

It is a tourist destination, with many new motels built in recent years.

Its population of about 4000 inhabitants includes Romanians, Hungarians and Roma.
