Spanish physics student and member of the SPSR (Society for Planetary SETI Research), who created the famous "symmetry diagram" based on the famous Hexad and Pentad formations discovered by Horace W. Crater and Stanley W. McDaniel on Mars. He proposed a "Natural Hydrogen Bomb" mechanism as an explanation for the Tunguska event and claimed to have found inconsistencies in the General Theory of Relativity of Albert Einstein.
