Byron Chamberlain (born October 17, 1971) was an American football player who played at two different colleges before playing 9 seasons in the NFL, including the 2002 pro-bowl year with the Minnesota Vikings.

Chamberlain's freshman year was at the University of Missouri where he made the all-big 8 freshman team. He was later dismissed from the university for being academically ineligible. Chamberlain ended up at Wayne State College in Nebraska where he broke most of the receiving records. His Quarterback was Brett Salisbury and both were roomates and eventual Harlon Hill award finalists.
