I personally love byond, so simple, yet deep. Like a fine lass. Jump in, tell em' Scoobert sent ya. --Scoobert

Why not both? - 24.1.151.35 03:30, 3 Feb 2005 (UTC)
In my opinion, the "Recommended Games" section is little more than a blatant advertisement for specific BYOND games. Remember; the goal of Wikipedia is to present information, not opinions :)
Anybody care to agree or disagree with me?

I agree, to a small degree. Part of informing includes pointing people where to go. I think a link to chatters, and maybe a few other byond endorsed things.
-Scoobert
Perhaps change the section to a brief explanation of top ranked games, and provide linkage to http://games.byond.com/hub/TopRankedGames? Makes more sense to me.
-Gathin
I think a description of some of the older games that were popular statisticly with an overview of them would be acceptable. If not that then a link to some of the top ranked games.

[edit] Not the place for a tutorial
Someone, apparently with the key "Dark Prince" on BYOND, felt the need to add a tutorial (and a bad one at that) to the bottom of the page. I removed it. Popisfizzy 00:13, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] "Hello World!" example
Is there any reason that
mob/Login() ..() usr << "Hello World!"
was changed to the following?
mob Login() world << "Hello World!"
There are several other things that would work just as well. I don't see a reason for the needless change, and I would like to know who did it, and what there reasoning behind this change was. One thing will work just as well as the other, and the change was rather pointless. Popisfizzy 00:59, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
