This promotional photograph of the Byford Dolphin, released on the web by Fred Olsen and available at [1] meets the criteria at Fair Use. In particular,

  1. It is a small, low resolution image (copies made from it will be of inferior quality);
  2. The photo is only being used for informational purposes;
  3. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article; and
  4. Due to the remoteness of the Byford Dolphin such photographs are relatively rare and difficult to obtain through other channels.
