[edit] Thanks for the link!

Thanks for clearing up the doubts about Image:Tn sybian gmax1.jpg. I added your link to that page. By the way, if you have a higher-resolution version of that photograph, it would be wonderful if you could upload it. Thanks, dbenbenn | talk 23:31, 5 Feb 2005 (UTC)

I'd love to when I have more time. Thanks for the show of support.--Buttysquirrel 23:44, 5 Feb 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Hello

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed you placed three pictures on Wikipedia's Images for deletion (WP:IFD). I saw your reason on why you wish to delete the images. However, I will tell you why the user removed the website address from the images. Wikipedia does not like to use images that have a watermark on them. My reasoning is that the watermark is a distracting part of the picture. It is perfectly fine to say where the pictures came from, but I do not think it is wise to use pictures with the website address on them. If you have any questions, come see me. Anyways, thanks for joining Wikipedia and have a good day. Zscout370 (Sound Off) 22:54, 25 Jun 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Picture request

Hey. I just filed a request for copyright OK pictures of the Sybian. It can be seen at Wikipedia:Requested_pictures#Erotica. Zscout370 (Sound Off) 3 July 2005 05:49 (UTC)

Oh, I forgot to tell you how this works. Ok, I place a request on that page under a heading, in this case, erotica. Under that heading, I put what article I need pictures for, and what kind of pictures we need. Users watch the list and either locate or take photos which we can use on here. Not only they will show what the Sybian is, but the pictures will comply with the copyright we have here. If I left anything out, just let me know. Zscout370 (Sound Off) 4 July 2005 03:10 (UTC)

[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Tn topco-love-machine.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Tn topco-love-machine.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Shyam (T/C) 13:48, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
