I take my editing seriously, and I am always trying to find the truth. Of course, as Carptrash has advised me, Oscar Wilde has pointed out that "the Truth is seldom pure and never simple."
With regard to deletionism, I am not married to the idea of deleting articles. I am equally happy if an AfD or other procedure leads to an article being sufficiently improved to be retained. As MJHankel once said, "I only am looking for this article to either be something of value or non-existent."
The biggest challenge in my life? Refraining from copyediting others' comments on talk and Wiki space pages.
