[edit] Synopsis
Beavis and Butt-head are walking down the street at night when they come across a woman performing poetry outside of a beatnik club. She invites them in, where an open mic night is being held. When the current performer finishes his performance, Butt-head takes the stage and makes a poor attempt at some rhymes of his own, mainly quoting bathroom wall poems and repeating the lines of the performer before him. His poems include:
The phone is ringing, and I cannot linger...
So look out, butt, here comes my finger.
There once was a man from Venus,
with a rocket ship for a... Wiener.
There once was a lady from China,
with a popsicle in her...
Meanwhile, Beavis sits down next to one of the club's regulars to watch Butt-head perform. The regular buys Beavis a cappuccino (which he jokingly refers to as "crappuccino"), which he quickly drinks. He almost immediately turns into his alter-ego, "The Great Cornholio", and wildly begins drinking anyone's coffee in sight. As his rhymes get worse and patrons start leaving, Butt-head is quickly stopped by the manager, who takes the microphone away from him; at this point, Beavis takes over and begins one of his long "Cornholio rants". The audience suddenly returns to their seats, and a critic speaks to Butt-head, asking what country Beavis is from and hailing his rantings as groundbreaking.
At the end of the episode, Beavis is shown still at the microphone completely exhausted, and has reverted to the same bathroom rhymes Butt-head was using earlier (although he cannot even finish those). As the audience begins to leave, the regular at the front of the crowd buys Beavis a quadruple cappuccino, and he quickly downs the entire pot, reverting back into Cornholio.
