Butner Federal Correctional Institution in Butner, North Carolina is the prison recommended by U.S. District Judge Sim Lake to be the prison where Jeffrey Skilling will serve his 24 year and 4 month prison term for his role in the Enron collapse. Former U.S. Representative Randall "Duke" Cunningham is currently serving a 100 month sentence there.
