[edit] Gintama

Hi. I've reverted your edit to the Shinsengumi article.

As I've already mentioned on the discussion page, Gintama's setting is years after the Shinsengumi's era and members of the Shinsengumi aren't in it at all! The characters are very loosely based on the Shinsengumi members. However, featuring characters based on the Shinsengumi members in the series is not featuring the Shinsengumi members. Such info should be added to the Gintama articles.

Again, the section is "Depictions in Media", not "Shinsengumi Inspired Works." Gintama's "Shinsengumi" (真選組) is not the Shinsengumi (新選組)! Seven 05:22, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] An Automated Message from HagermanBot

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 07:10, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
