Jackie is planning a classy intimate dinner party with Kelso, Eric, Donna, and a couple other people. She intentionally doesn't invite Hyde and Fez because they're not classy. Jackie believes that Kelso will mature and she'll be able to have dinner parties all of time once they get married. At the party Kelso invites many people because he wants Jackie to have the best party ever, including Hyde and Fez. The people started drinking Jackie's parents crystal and Jackie tells Kelso she's had enough and is going upstairs stressing that she wanted a small classy party not the way Kelso has turned it into. Eric is moaping around the party acting paranoid like his parents and Donna asks him to loosen up a bit and have some fun. Jackie is upstairs in her room crying and Donna comes up to talk to her. She tells her that Kelso is never going to be sophisticated and smart like she expects him to be. Jackie doesn't believe Donna and she believes that Kelso will change. Back downstairs Kelso tells his friends that he'd wish Jackie would loosen up and have fun and the guys tells him that a small party was very important to her and he ruined it. Kelso notices what he did wrong and announces that everyone must leave saying from now on he's going to put Jackie's needs first and make her happy, while doing so he throws his cigar into the trashcan and a little fire starts. Kelso takes some brandy and throws it on the alcohol, but it grows. Jackie comes down seeing Kelso trying to snuff the fire out with a pillow and blowing on it. Kelso apologizes saying he just wanted to help but Jackie reminded him that he's been sorry a lot lately, so Fez backs him up telling Jackie that Kelso loves her its just that he's stupid. Kelso tells Jackie he'll do whatever it takes to make her happy, but Jackie tells him she wonders if he's ever going to make her happy and leaves saying she's got some thinking to do. Eric tries singing to Donna while he's drunk, but Donna is not impressed calling him a dink.

It's Scrabble night for the parents so Red goes to get the casserole dish at the Pinciotti's for Kitty's tuna surprise. Coming in Red sees Bob bald with some hair on the side. He sees Red and quickly puts on his toupee and Red leaves shocked and goes to tell Kitty. During the Scrabble game, Red, Kitty, and Bob's letter trays spell out words that hint at Bob's baldness (Red has "CUE BALL," Bob has "BALDING," and Kitty gets "A BAD RUG"). Red apologizes to Bob, who admits to wearing a toupee. Bob tells Red he wished he had the courage to walk around with his hair like he did so he takes the toupee off. Everyone starts laughing so he sticks it right back on embarrassed.

Hyde is making out with Kat Peterson, the most popular girl at school, but Fez won't believe him. At the party Hyde says hi to Kat offering her a beer and she acts like she doesn't know him, Fez then ridicules him and calls him a liar. After the party ends Kat's friends leave and she come over to Hyde and says hi. Hyde notices that when she's with her clique that she's too good for him, but remarks that she's quite skanky and leaves with her to the garage.
