Bundanoon Railway Station is a station on the Southern Highlands line of the CityRail intercity network in Bundanoon, New South Wales, Australia. The station opened on 6 August 1868 as Jordans Crossing, but was renamed Jordans Siding in 1878. Finally in 1881, the present name was agreed upon. The station has two short platforms that serve the diesel railcars that use the line. CountryLink services to and from Canberra and Griffith can also stop at the station on request.

They are not connected, and passengers are required to cross the tracks on a specialist foot crossing at the northern end of the station to reach the opposite platform. Since both platforms are level, there is effectively Easy Access to the station.

The station has a signal box on platform 2, which can control a set of points just to the north of the station. Until the 2005 timetable, one afternoon train a day terminated using this setup, the train arriving on platform 1 using the set of points, and departing back towards Campbelltown. This practice was discontinued, the signal box and points closed and the train curtailed to Moss Vale.

[edit] Platforms/Service

The station is part of the Southern Highlands, which is only served by 3 trains a day each way on weekdays for the stations further south of Moss Vale. These trains only come in the early morning and in the evenings. During the daytime there is a replacement bus service heading south in the mornings, and heading north in the afternoon. On weekends there are only 2 services each way, in the early morning and evening. CountryLink Xplorer services also serve the station in both directions, between Canberra (or one service to Griffith on weekends) and Sydney.
