I do not understand the exact reasons for rollback of "The Gurjaras of Dadri and Sikandrabad area began destruction of inspection bunglows, telegraph offices, and government buildings as they were symbols of foreign rule. The government institutions were looted and burned to ashes." There is nothing unusual in the contents pertaining to the Indian rebellion of 1857 as the editor is trying to say something about the involevement of people in the rebellion. The style may not be appropriate, and references may be required. But, the editor should be guided. The reference to certain social groups may not be out-of-place and a historical truth of their participation in the movement to free India from the British rule. I would try to put the contents in perspective, if possible by me. --Bhadani 00:25, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
- In the zeal to bring NPOV or "something similar", we may be slowly poisining wikipedia and retarding the Project's emergence as the best, and better than the Encyclopedia Britannica. And, this has nothing to do with my above comments. --Bhadani 00:37, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
