Bulman

Bulman was a Granada TV series from 1985-1987 which followed the major character from the earlier Strangers series.
It featured Don Henderson as former Chief Inspector George Bulman ostensibly retired from police work and mending old clocks but still becoming involved in detective work with Lucy McGinty (played by Siobhan Redmond) as his (Scottish) assistant.
