Bulleen is a suburb of Melbourne, Australia, in the state of Victoria. It is located in the Local Government Area of the City of Manningham. Bulleen is located approximately 12 kilometres from the CBD. The Member of Parliament for Bulleen is Nicholas Kotsiras(Liberal).

Bulleen Plaza is the main shopping complex, located on Manningham Road. It includes a library (Bulleen Branch of the Whitehorse Manningham Regional), post office, medical centre, business centre, a Coles supermarket and various specialty shops, including food retail shops such as Hungry Jacks Charcoal Rooster, Dominoes Pizza, Skippers Fish and Chips, Eastern Red Asian cuisine, abundance of cafes.

Besides Bulleen Plaza, several small shopping strips exist, including Thompsons Road, Bulleen Road and Templestowe Road.

Public Transport in Bulleen is limited to travel by buses. Bus routes operating in Bulleen are operated by the National Bus Company. Lobbying by various public transport groups is currently taking place to extend the metropolitan train network to Doncaster, with a station in Bulleen but the state government is yet to allocate funding.

The suburb border, to the north of Bulleen is the Yarra River, which also adjoins parkland including Banksia Park, which has bike paths and picnic facilities. Adjacent to Banksia Park is the newly refurbished Heide Museum of Modern Art. Other than these, other reserves are prominent in Bulleen, including Bulleen Park - sporting grounds and approximately in the centre of the suburb, Yarraleen and Morris Williams reserves offering an adventure playground and general open space.

To the west of Bulleen Road is the well known Yarra Flats with bike tracks, walking tracks, picnic tables, shelter, wood BBQ, birds, wild berries and Yarra river views, billabongs. Yarra Flats adjoins Bulleen Park and Banksia Park. The Bulleen Park complex has a number of grounds suitable for Australian rules football, cricket and soccer. There is also an archery range and a model aeroplane club. The Yarraleen Cricket Club, which plays in the Box Hill Reporter District Cricket Association, is situated in the Bulleen Park Pavillions at the rear of the complex.

Koonung Park, home of the Bulleen Cricket Club and the Bulleen Cobras Football Club, is located just off Thompsons road near the Eastern Freeway. Koonung Park regularly hosts the Dunstan Shield Grand Final, the highest grade of turf cricket in the Eastern Cricket Association.
