[edit] Featured article candidate review: Buffy article
Hi
Just letting WikiProject Buffyverse members know that the article 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' has recently been nominated as a candidate to become a featured article. Should it become a featured article, it will be possible for the article to appear on the Wikipedia main page on March 10th 2007, the 10th anniversary of Buffy (the premiere, "Welcome to the Hellmouth" aired March 10th 1997).
Any feedback you can offer to improve the article and/or to either object or support the nomination would be wonderful:

I noticed that you edited someone else's comment for clarity, spelling or grammar. As a rule, refrain from editing others' comments without their permission. Though it may appear helpful to correct typing errors, grammar, etc., please do not go out of your way to bring talk pages to publishing standards, since it is not terribly productive and will tend to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. For more details, see Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines. Thanks, Extraordinary Machine 22:48, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
- Hiya, I certainly didn't mean to. There's certainly no malicious intent, I have just been spending some spare time trying to improve the Buffy article to featured status. I apologise, I thought it was normal practice to strike through the tasks once they were completed, I haven't got involved in votes to make articles featured before but read through some, and just assumed that the striking of the tasks completed was done by the editors who made the improvements. Shall take this into account, and in future not strike through / repair grammar.. Peace -- Buffyverse 23:55, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
