Buena Vista Television

Buena Vista Television is the television syndication firm of Disney/ABC Television Group, a division of The Walt Disney Company, that was established in 1985 and handles the television distribution of product from Walt Disney Television and ABC Television Studio (formerly Touchstone Television), such as The Golden Girls, Home Improvement and Boy Meets World.

The company also produces and distributes its own shows, such as The Tony Danza Show, Ebert & Roeper, the current U.S. run of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, and Unsolved Mysteries. The company also distributes Live with Regis and Kelly, which is produced by Disney's O&O station WABC-TV.

Buena Vista Television also distributes the movies of those by Walt Disney Pictures, Caravan Pictures, Touchstone Pictures, Hollywood Pictures, Miramax Films (including Dimension Films releases made before October 2005 when it became part of The Weinstein Company), and ABC's classic film library on television.

In a way, BVTV is the second syndication arm of ABC, with Worldvision Enterprises being the first (as ABC Films).
